One of the greatest causes of suffering is the death of someone we love. We need comfort because our hearts and minds can suffer. Turning to God in prayer will bring you comfort. 2 Corinthians 1:3, 4. Also, examining what the Bible teaches about the dead not suffering and the hope of the resurrection can bring comfort. Ecclesiastes 9:5; John 5:28, 29. With sincere sympathy to the Reed family.
