Steve Parcell ,age 64, of Lincoln , died Tuesday, March 3rd. Steve was born December 19th, 1955 in Kansas City, Missouri to Walter and Maxine Bauman Parcell. Steve was a U. S. Army Veteran. Survivors are a son, Justin Parcell and a sister, Suzee Townsend.
