It did my heart so good to talk to my uncle a little while before his transitioning. We were able to catch up and share so many wonderful things. He was a giant of a man with a heart of gold. He will be sorely missed. Rest on my Uncle. Love always......Phonz

Roosevelt was the greatest brother in law I had. Funny memory I got is when I was at his house and asked him if he wanted to come live with me and the next morning he was ready to go.
He had a soft side for me. And him and I had a bond. I will miss him dearly. Rest in peace bro. I will never forget you!! Promise

Rose was not only the best neighbor to have but the Grandpa I never had. From being neighborhood watch, to helping mow the yard each week. He was always outside waving to each car driving by or coming over to every get together we had. You could always count on Rose telling you what he was thinking but had more wisdom than he could ever share. Rose and Kim are family, we love them unconditionally.

He gave me the best 10 years of my life, until I see you again. All my love to eternity and beyond.
