So sad to hear about Mike/Richard. He and I worked both together (Z103), and across the hall (WMBH) for much of the ‘80s. Mike always had a devilish sense of humor and a big, big heart. He was one of the few who could best me at rock trivia. My prayers go out to his family. Maybe we’ll meet again “One Summer Night” ML.

I was a young man in the Radio World when Langster(as i always called him and he called me RobiWano), Brett James, Ralph Cherry and myself (air name Ric Robi) took Joplin Radio by storm on 94KIX! The repartee between us was always interesting and fun! We stayed in loose touch over the years and I always enjoyed those interactions. He always asked for my prayers as he battled his illness. So Langster, may the Lord accept you in his loving arms and I wish his peace to fill your soul and look forward to the day we meet again my friend.

So sorry for your loss, he was a great supporter of individuals with disabilities. He was such a great, giving man with such a big heart.
