So sad to hear of Mike's passing. We hit it off exceptional well when he returned to Cleveland from Autocar. I was to mentor Mike on Incknamedventory processes on the aftermarket side. We became a great working team until Mike was moved to distribution center manager. I think one nicest things we were called at work came from a vice president that nick named us the dynamic duo.
We shared many an experience and these memories will be found ones for the rest of my time. RIP Mke and prayers to be with Trish and his family through this time

Mike was one of my dearest friends as well as a fraternity brother in TKE. Our friendship started at Kent State in 1969 and continued all these years. He even stood up at my wedding in 1975. We kept in contact on a regular basis and saw each other at reunions and when he was in Chicago on business, He was a one-of-a-kind guy. Always laughing anf making jokes that made roar with laughter. I'm going to miss him in the worst way. Rest in peace friend and brother. Godspeed.

I worked with Mike at Volvo since way back in 1981. At that time he was sharing an apartment with my coworkers Wayne, Tom and Jim. What a crew! I remember fondly the many good times we had back in those days and for the years after that. Recently, Mike and I had been playing Words with Friends on line for quite a while and had played over 700 games together. My condolences to his family! I will miss my dear friend Mike! Mark Mayer
