Obituary

James David Clark, age 62 of Springdale passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2020.

David was born March 7, 1958 in Springdale to Orvil and Joetta Clark. He is a 1976 graduate of Berryville High School. He had a degree in Biblical Studies from Hillsdale Freewill Baptist College in Oklahoma.

David loved music and called every musician he met a friend. He played all over the South and loved every minute. He was a talented musician and could play anything that you put in front of him. David also loved the farm. He spent his days working with livestock and wild game. He had knowledge of all things and loved to talk. He was the life of the party and was always ready with a joke.

David is preceded in death by his father, Orville Clark. David is survived by his mother, Joetta of Springdale and sister Janet (Randy) Brown of Fayetteville and Dwayne Clark of Des Moines, IA. His wife Rhonda of Springdale and sons, Robert of Morrilton, Grant (Angie) of Barling, Jack (Mackenzie) of Pea Ridge, Adrian (Ellie) of Springdale and Sam (Becca) of Siloam Springs. His pride and joy were his precious grandchildren, Sarah, Henry and Ellen.

The private burial will be for family and a memorial for all of his friends will be announced in the spring of 2021.

I remember David and Janet and their Mom and Dad coming and singing at Phillips Chapel years ago and singing with Reeva and her Dad. I wish his family my sincere sympathies.

I have many fond memories of "Dave," as I always called him. His musicianship was excellent, plus he always had an interesting or funny story to share. I will certainly miss him, as will countless others do the same.
Condolences to Rhonda and all of the family... ❤️
