Betty Lorena Ledbetter Lamb, 46, of Lincoln, died Tuesday, December 4, 2018, surrounded by friends and family.
Betty was born April 1, 1972, in Fort Leonardwood, Missouri, to Linda Sue Ledbetter and Raymond F. Ledbetter Jr. Betty loved people and and made friends wherever she went. In recent years, she developed friendships from around the country. She loved to crochet and made beautiful pieces, despite being blind for many years. She loved deeply and was loved just as deeply by her friends and family.
Betty is survived by her parents, Raymond and Sue Ledbetter of Lincoln; her sister, Nancy May Clark and husband Charles of Lincoln; her brother, Raymond F. Ledbetter III of Lincoln; her boyfriend and love of her life, Lee Eggers; her sister, Wanda Hendricks and husband Jon Luke of Haskell; her beloved nieces and nephews, Melissa Pohl, Cheyanne Perrine and AJ Perrine; and her great-nieces and nephews, Chris and Michael Ledbetter, Jaysa, Hadley and Axton Pohl and Hazel Perrine; many extended family members including aunts Barbara, Rose and Wendy, and uncles Jim and Charlie; and countless others who called her friend.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rickey Lamb; and her grandparents, Betty and Raymond Ledbetter Sr.
The family plans a private memorial and burial service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Arkansas Children's Hospital or the charity of one's choice.

Saddened to hear of your loss. Death is an enemy we all have in common. We look forward to the time when death is swallowed up. (Isaiah 25:8), sickness is no more (Isaiah 33:24)and our loved ones asleep in death are restored back to life. (Acts 24:15) Promises soon to be fulfilled.... “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment.” - John 5:28,29 May these promises bring you comfort and hope.

Sending prayers for comfort during this sad life event. I remember playing with Betty when my family were spending weekends at Aunt Opal;s and Uncle Jim's house many years back as a small child, she was always such a sweet person in my memories. Place your grief in God and he will touch his healing hand down and give you comfort.
