Bart was my husband James' buddy. They worked together at Ball and when James became ill, Bart was very concerned. He was a good neighbor to us and supervised the flower bed I have out front. Too many memories to share of his friendship. He will be sorely missed from our neighborhood. Rest in peace.

Thank you, Mary for your kindness and the beautiful friendship you shared with my dad. Can’t believe he’s gone. Thank you again for everything. Meant a lot.

Bart was a great neighbor! We lived across the street for 18 years. He was always willing to lend a hand, meet in the street to watch a storm roll in, and my girls remember him often sharing squirt with them. ❤️

Thank you for this. Makes me feel so good knowing what a good man my dad was to not only me but everyone he cared about. I remember your family.

My family lived across the street from Bart at 518 Garland Place. Bart watched my 3 girls grow up From babies to pre teen and teen. Bart was always offering them a cold soft drink (Squirt). We often met in the street or the driveway to “solve the worlds problems”. Bart was a good neighbor always looking out for others and willing to help when needed. My family moved 3 years ago but have fond memories of Bart. He always had an amazing yard that he took pride in.
